Soap & Candle Stand was created out of my love for crafting and creating with my hands and my desire to be able to work from home and be with my family as much as possible. I love candles, scented bath treats - anything to pamper myself. (Being a mother of five, these things are rare, you know!!) I have always been a sucker for a deliciously, strong-scented candle. That love for pampering treats and scented candles led me to making them myself. To learn more about me, click here.
ABOUT THE CANDLES :
A premium soy/paraffin blend is used in the container candles and votives.
Soy is known for it's low soot, clean burning properties. Using soy also helps to support our U.S. soybean farmers. Paraffin has been used for years, and is renowned for its outstanding scent throw. By using a special blend of these two waxes, I'm able to give you the best of both worlds.

ORDERS:
You can order online or
print out an order form. All orders must be pre-paid
before shipping or delivery. Because the candles and soaps often made after your order is placed,
order processing times are approximately 14 from receipt of payment. Quite often they are shipped out sooner.
PAYMENT:
Major credit cards are accepted through
PAYPAL. Personal
checks and money orders can be mailed in with your order form. You can order online via paypal (if you don't have an account you can sign up
here). Checks
must clear before I can process your order (processing may take up to 10 days). Orders indicating payment by check or money order will be held for 7 days to allow for payment to be received. If payment is not received within 7 days, the order will be cleared from the system.

SHIPPING:
Shipping in the US is via Priority Mail® . Priority Mail® usually takes 2-3 days. Many orders are made on demand, and normal processing can take up to 14 days (check and money orders take extra processing time).
Shipping costs are as follows:
For domestic (US) addys: Shipping is a flat fee of $5.
Note: Packages shipping to
Canada are charged actual shipping and ship via Airmail. Please
contact me before placing your order if you will be shipping to Canada.
RETURNS:
Most items are made to order. Because they are handcrafted, slight variances in color may occur; they are not mass-produced by machine. Your satisfaction is important to me. I want you to be happy with the product you receive. Damaged items can be exchanged for the same product only. Item must be returned for verification before replacement is shipped. Soap & Candle Stand is not responsible for return shipping charges. Please contact me within 15 days of receipt for exchange details.
Exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt.

I used cotton wicks. For information on wick safety, please visit
